Hi there! I’m Melissa Escareno, a dedicated Realtor® based in Arlington, Texas with over a decade of experience helping clients buy, sell, and lease homes across DFW and Texas. I started my career on the operations side of real estate, managing hundreds of REO properties, analyzing BPOs, and negotiating complex short sales for major institutions . That behind-the-scenes experience gave me a strong foundation in pricing, valuations, and navigating real estate from all angles.

In 2013, I made the leap into residential sales, and I haven’t looked back since. Today, I proudly represent buyers and sellers throughout the DFW Metroplex, including those looking for new construction homes. My clients know me for being responsive, resourceful, and always ready with a game plan.
