Hi, I’m Melissa Escareno, a bilingual Realtor® proudly serving Arlington and the DFW Metroplex. With over 13 years of real estate experience, I help buyers, sellers, investors, and families navigate the market with confidence.

Before becoming a Realtor®, I worked behind the scenes managing REO properties, analyzing BPOs, and negotiating short sales. That experience gave me a strong understanding of pricing, valuations, negotiations, and the many moving parts of real estate.
